Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 15 limes) + wedges for serving

- 0.5 cups Cointreau
- 0.5 cup sugar syrup, or to taste

- Spread a layer of salt on a shallow plate. Wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the salt. Swirl the glass to completely coat the wet part of the rim. Repeat this process for the remaining glasses.
