Ingredients:
- Half a head of white cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 0.5 tsp hot sauce
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced into half-moons
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, hot sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
- Add cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, and green onions and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
