Ingredients:
- 10 cups popcorn
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup salted cashews
- 110 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 0.5 tsp of soda
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 205°F (95°C) and spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the popcorn, pretzels, and cashews in a large paper bag and shake to combine.
- Place the butter in a large bowl and microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup and microwave until the mixture begins to simmer, about 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly, then microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Add baking soda to the sugar mixture and stir until it begins to foam. Carefully pour the mixture into the bag containing the popcorn. Seal the top of the bag and shake to coat the entire mixture. Microwave the bag and heat for 1.5 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the bag onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely and serve.
