Hot sandwich with tomato and garlic

Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • A pinch of salt
  • Tomato slices

Preparation:

  1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and slice into pieces; arrange on a baking sheet. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and a pinch of salt.
  2. Brush the bread with herb butter, top each slice with a slice of tomato, and sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
