Ingredients:

  • 2 medium oranges, peeled
  • 1 large fennel root, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet dried cranberries

Preparation:
