Baked asparagus with pine nuts

Preparation:

Toss 1 kg trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Bake at 450°F (230°C) until golden brown, 15 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts, 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley, the grated zest of 1 lemon, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the asparagus.
