Smoky ribeye steak

Ingredients:

    Steak

  • 4 ribeye steaks
  • Ribeye seasoning, recipe below

    Ribeye seasoning

  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Place the steaks on a large platter and sprinkle seasoning on all sides. Transfer the seasoned steaks to a hot grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
  3. Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

    Ribeye seasoning:

    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients to taste. Taste and adjust any necessary seasonings.
