Green pea puree with mint topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 500 g frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 large pieces of butter
Preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add chopped green onions, mint, and peas. Cover and let steam for a few minutes.
- Mash the green peas with a potato masher. You can also puree them in a food processor by simply blending until smooth. Add butter to the finished green pea puree and season with salt to taste.
