Baked Provencal mushrooms in the oven topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g of mushrooms, trimmed and cut in half or quarters
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- Vegetable or olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Lightly grease a shallow baking dish with vegetable oil. Large enough for the mushrooms to lie in a single layer, then add the mushrooms and toss with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Add garlic, salt, and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mushrooms are golden brown. Season with pepper to taste.
