Creamy sauce for pasta, chicken and French fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 beef bouillon cube, broken
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream

Preparation:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch, onion powder, soy sauce, and bouillon cube.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking occasionally, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
