Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Candies

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (450 g) chilled peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1 pack of 24 mini chocolate peanut butter bowls
  • Special equipment: mini muffin pan

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.

    Cut the cookie dough into 2.5 cm thick slices, then cut each slice into quarters. Place one quarter into each cavity of a mini muffin tin. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
  2. While the cookies are still warm, spoon a chocolate bowl of peanut butter into each cavity and let them cool in the pan. Once the cookies are cool, remove them from the pan with a spoon.
