Airfryer Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 350 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Balsamic glaze and grated Parmesan, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 175°C. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, adding 1 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper. Place in the air fryer and cook, stirring once, until tender and golden brown, 12-14 minutes.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a bowl, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with Parmesan.
