Chocolate sundae on a stick

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat condensed milk without sugar
  • 1 avocado, cut in half, remove pit and skin
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Up to 4 tbsp chocolate syrup

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine half the milk, half the unsweetened condensed milk, avocado, banana, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add the remaining milk and condensed milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup into each popsicle mold. Spread the milk mixture evenly among the molds, leaving a 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) gap. Cover the molds with lids (insert popsicle sticks if needed) and freeze overnight.
  3. To remove the ice cream from the mold, dip it in warm water for 30 seconds.
