Mango and passion fruit smoothie topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe passion fruits
- Half a ripe mango, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- Juice of half an orange
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of coarse salt
Preparation:
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp and seeds into a blender. Add the mango, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and 4 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth; there will still be some seeds floating in the smoothie. Drink immediately.
Note
If your passion fruit is a bit tart, you can add a little honey or natural maple syrup to sweeten the smoothie. However, keep in mind that the carb and sugar content will increase.
