Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 450 g small cremini mushrooms (or large mushrooms cut in half)
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced ​​red onion

Preparation:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, sugar, cumin seeds, thyme, 1 cup salt, and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil, add mushrooms, and simmer for 4 minutes.
