Ingredients:
- 220 g of small pasta
- 1.5 cups lima beans
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tbsp. grated parmesan
Preparation:
- Cook 220g of small pasta according to package instructions, adding 1.5 cups of defrosted lima beans one minute before cooking.
- Drain the pasta and toss with 1 cup chopped parsley, 1 bunch chopped green onions, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
