Chocolate crème brulee

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of store-bought chocolate pudding
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • Raspberries for topping

Preparation:

  1. Place the finished chocolate pudding into ramekins. Sprinkle each serving with 1 heaping tablespoon of cane sugar or raw sugar.
  2. Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen torch. Garnish with raspberries.
