Aperol Spritz cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of Aperol
  • 120 ml Prosecco, chilled
  • 30 ml of sparkling water
  • 1 slice of orange, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Pour in the Aperol, then the Prosecco, and finish with soda.
  2. Cut a slice of orange and hang it on the rim of the glass.
