Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1 and 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 cups cinnamon sugar pita chips, broken into 0.5 cm pieces.
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 cup apple chips, crumbled
Preparation:
- Position the oven rack on the middle shelf and preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, apple pie spice, and salt. Add the oats and stir to evenly distribute the ingredients. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.
