Banana Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana
  • 0.5 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder with sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

Preparation:

  1. Place 1 small chopped banana in a blender, add 0.5 cups of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds. Blend.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice and blend again until smooth.
