Ingredients:
- Half a firm (slightly underripe) medium banana
- 1/3 cup low-fat natural yogurt
- 3 Medjool dates, halved and pitted
- A large pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place the banana, yogurt, dates, and nutmeg in a blender. Blend on high speed until almost smooth, about 1 minute.
- Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water to adjust the consistency.
