Ingredients:
- 10 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup diced ham
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and a couple of grinds of black pepper. Add the green peas, Swiss cheese, and ham and mix well.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the egg mixture and cook until the edges begin to set, about 2 minutes. Then transfer the frittata to the oven and bake until the center is set, 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a serving platter and cut into wedges.
