Orzo pasta pilaf with herbs

Preparation:

Sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 sprig of thyme in butter over medium heat until golden brown; season with salt. Increase heat to medium-high; add 1 cup orzo pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until orzo is tender, 15 minutes. Stir in some chopped dill. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika.
