Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 4 ears of grilled corn
- Chopped chives, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and steak sauce and remove from heat.
- Brush the roasted corn with the oil mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives.
