Fried Corn with Steakhouse Butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 4 ears of grilled corn
  • Chopped chives, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and steak sauce and remove from heat.
  2. Brush the roasted corn with the oil mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives.
