Cherries in dark chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 450 g fresh cherries
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop 200 g of dark chocolate. Combine three-quarters of the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
  2. Dip 450 g of fresh cherries in chocolate, holding them by the stems, and place them on parchment paper. Let the chocolate glaze set.
