Spinach cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple chunks

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender Vitamix in the order indicated and close the lid.
  2. Start beating on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Beat for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached.
