Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill {PAGEBREAK}
  • 1 cucumber, sliced ​​into 0.3 cm thick circles.
  • Half a medium red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, and dill. Add cucumber and red onion, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
