Lemon sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the lemon zest in strips (being careful not to cut into the white pith). Place the zest in a container with sugar and shake to dissolve. Let it sit for at least one day before using.
