Sweet Pepper Crostini topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of baguette, 1 cm thick.
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 0.5 - 3/4 tbsp roasted sweet pepper, cut into strips
- 1/3 - 0.5 tsp. grated smoked mozzarella or fontina
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake until pale golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. Arrange the bell pepper strips on top of the bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
