Ingredients:
- 1 cup of hot water
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Wheat beer or lager, for serving
Preparation:
- Pour hot water and sugar into a pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water and stir. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- To serve, fill each glass with lemonade ice cubes. Tilt the glasses, fill with beer, and serve.
