Ingredients:

  • 450 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 350 g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp almond extract
  • 700 g sifted powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
