Spicy Asian dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 teaspoons Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, fish sauce, and Sriracha sauce.
  2. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil, starting with a few drops, then add the rest in a steady stream to create a smooth, slightly thick dressing. Add the sesame seeds and a few turns of the black pepper grinder.
