Spicy Green Margarita topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- Half a cucumber
- Half a serrano pepper
- 45 ml silver tequila
- 20 ml lime juice
- 7 ml. agave syrup
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 of a chopped seedless cucumber, 1/2 of a serrano pepper (remove seeds to reduce heat), and 1/4 cup water; puree until smooth and strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- For one Margarita, combine 45 ml each of green juice and silver tequila, 20 ml of lime juice, and 7 ml of agave syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with chili-lime relish. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
