Spicy yogurt dressing with lime

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cups of sour milk or kefir
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest and 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin, toasted
  • Half a serrano pod, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, buttermilk, cilantro, lime zest and juice, cumin, and serrano pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the olive oil.
