Sweet and sour stir-fry with shrimp topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (250 g each) of large, cleaned shrimp
- 1 package (400g) frozen stir-fry vegetable mix, thawed
- 1 cup sweet, sour and hot sauce
- 3 cups of boiled rice
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Cook the shrimp according to package directions and keep warm. Place a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the oil and vegetable mixture and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce.
- Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp, toss to coat, and serve the stir-fry with rice.
