Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, grated (or 0.5 tsp granulated garlic)
- 2.5 cm ginger root, peeled and grated (about 2 tsp or 0.5 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and red pepper flakes, if using. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days..
