Green Kiwi and Apple Smoothie topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 3/4 cup frozen white grapes
- 0.5 cups of brewed green tea, cooled
- 1 medium ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
- Half a Granny Smith apple, cut into pieces, core removed
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine spinach, grapes, tea, kiwi, mint and apples.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Drink through a straw.
