Green Kiwi and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen white grapes
  • 0.5 cups of brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 medium ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
  • Half a Granny Smith apple, cut into pieces, core removed

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine spinach, grapes, tea, kiwi, mint and apples.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Drink through a straw.
