Cherry and peach popsicles topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups cherry juice or nectar
- 3 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
- 1.5 tbsp. peach nectar
Preparation:
- Pour the cherry juice over the sugar in a large bowl and stir vigorously until completely dissolved. Pour half the cherry juice into 3-4 popsicle molds, filling them to varying heights. Pour half the peach nectar into another 3-4 popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Fill the cherry portions with peach nectar and the peach portions with cherry juice. Insert wooden sticks three-quarters of the way into the popsicles and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. To remove the popsicles from the mold, hold the mold under hot water for a few seconds.
