Ingredients:
Wontons
- 220 g of minced pork
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil + extra for greasing
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tsp grated garlic
- 1.5 teaspoons of ginger
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 24–26 square pieces of wonton dough
Dip sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. black vinegar
- 0.5 tsp. sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, chopped
Preparation:
- Wontons:
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sugar until smooth.
- Lay the wonton dough pieces out on a work surface. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the center of each piece of dough. Wet the edges of the dough and fold them in half to form a triangle. Pinch the two bottom corners together to form an open envelope. Brush both sides of the wonton with sesame oil.
- Place the wontons in the air fryer basket. Cook, turning halfway through, until golden brown, 10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
Dip sauce:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and green onions.
