Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 natural pork chops on the bone, 1 cm thick (approximately 700 g)
- 1 can (298 g) Campbell's mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation:
- Heat vegetable oil in a 25 cm skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and fry until browned on both sides.
- Add the soup and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
