Ingredients:
- 2 cups ice cream, leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to soften
- 90 ml ice milk
- 2 drops of vanilla, lemon or almond extract
- Supplements: pretzels, chopped chocolate bars, malt powder, peanut butter, syrup or cookies
Preparation:
- Place the ice cream, milk, and extract in a blender and blend until smooth. Add any desired toppings and blend again.
- Note
Choose the extract that best complements the flavor of your ice cream. Any of the above will work with vanilla ice cream. Lemon extract pairs well with fruit ice creams, such as strawberry or raspberry, while almond extract pairs well with chocolate and peanut butter. The extract will create a more vibrant flavor, more like a milkshake than melted ice cream.
