Peach Cobbler in a Slow Cooker topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 170 gr. dark brown sugar
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 110 g of wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground allspice
- 0.5 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, plus extra for the slow cooker
- 550 g frozen peaches, sliced
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, oats, flour, baking powder, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Add butter and blend until crumbly. Stir in peach pieces.
- Grease a 3-quart multicooker bowl with oil. Add the mixture to the bowl and cook on low power for 3-3.5 hours. Serve the cobbler hot.
