Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 220 g of butter at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, add crushed red pepper and cinnamon, and cook for 5 minutes to allow the spices to bloom. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place the butter in a bowl. Add the maple syrup mixture and vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread the spiced butter on the toast.
