Corn on the cob with garlic butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 110 g softened butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the corn on the hot grill and cook, turning frequently, until lightly charred, about 10 minutes total.
  3. To make sweet garlic butter, combine butter, garlic powder, parsley, sugar, and salt in a small serving bowl and mix thoroughly. Brush warm corn with the butter and enjoy.
