Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light honey (mixed-herb honey will do)
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
- Place the honey in a heavy stainless steel bowl and simmer over low heat for just a few seconds to liquefy slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve with anything from pound cake to fruit. It's practically universal!
