Ingredients:
- 4 cups of milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 60 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth and steaming, 8–10 minutes.
- Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted. Keep warm.
- Place the mini marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until puffed, 10–20 seconds. Stir with a fork until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- Pour the hot chocolate into the mugs. Use a fork to scoop out some of the melted marshmallows and coat each mug in a zig-zag pattern from edge to edge, creating a spiderweb-like texture.
