Champagne cocktail with apple juice and brandy topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced into half-moon slices
- 0.5 cups apple brandy, such as Calvados
- 0.5 cup apple juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of chilled dry champagne
- Additionally: 8 cocktail glasses (coupe) 120 ml.
Preparation:
- Chill 8 coupe glasses. Place an apple slice in each glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the brandy and juice and shake vigorously to chill.
- Pour the cocktail into glasses (about 2 tablespoons per glass) and top up each with 0.5 cups of champagne.
