Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- Sea salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 135C.
- Trim the kale leaves and cut into 4-cm pieces. Place on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt. Bake until crisp, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Serve the chips as an appetizer.
