Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup orange-flavored Triple Sec
- Sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 lightly beaten egg white
- Ice chips
- Cocktail cherry, pineapple cubes, orange slices for serving
Preparation:
- Dip the rim of a tall glass in egg white, then in sugar. Pour rum, triple sec, and juices into a shaker. Shake. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour the cocktail over the top. Garnish with cherries, pineapple, and/or orange slices. Drink through a straw.
