Ingredients:
- 6 teaspoons of sugar
- 20 mint leaves
- Juice of 6 limes
- 180 ml white rum
- 30 ml of mineral water
Preparation:
- In a mortar or large glass, combine the sugar and mint leaves and crush them with a pestle to form a paste. Add the lime juice and rum. Whisk the mixture and pour into 4 small glasses. Top with mineral water.
